Engines and performance options
The standard engine in the 2025 Blazer is a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder with 228 horsepower and you can move up to a 3.6-liter V6 with 308 horsepower. Both are matched with a nine-speed automatic transmission and your choice of front-wheel drive or the extra traction of all-wheel drive. If you go with the V6 engine, the Blazer RS can take you to 60 mph in 6.6 seconds. If you prefer the four-cylinder you can tow 1500 pounds and with the optional trailering package, the maximum towing capacity is 3,250 pounds. The V6 offers the most towing capability with a maximum of 4500 pounds.
Technology
Standard infotainment features in the 2025 Blazer include a 10.2-inch touch screen, a 4.2-inch driver information display, wireless connectivity for Apple and Android, a Wi-Fi hotspot, satellite radio and a six-speaker stereo. Other standard features include remote start, keyless entry and dual-zone automatic climate control. Two standard USB ports are positioned at the front and in back of the center console.
